From Flavor of Love season 3, the twins come on the Talk of Love podcast to spill the tea! LaTrisha and LaTresha Hall – the identical twin sisters who Flav referred to as Thing 1 and Thing 2 – sit down with Lacey Sculls for a fun, candid conversation about one of the wildest seasons in the franchise.
The twins open up about how they landed on the show, what it was like competing together for the same man, and how they navigated the house as a built-in team with strong personalities. They talk about producer influence, behind-the-scenes manipulation, house dynamics with contestants like Myammee and Ice, and the challenges of being split up during the competition. They also share stories about the new girls that were added mid-season, the mental and emotional exhaustion of filming, and the weird lengths production would go to in order to make good TV.
Of course, they also revisit the reunion show disaster, where Thing 2 was blindsided when Flavor Flav chose to publicly propose to the mother of his children instead of pursuing the relationship he had just supposedly “won” with her. The twins reflect on that messy ending, what they learned from the experience, and where life has taken them since — including marriage, kids, business, and building a life far beyond reality TV.
